I structured a plan for Jake to drop down his overall body fat and over the 12 weeks we gradually brought his calories down and I increased his output. We cut out fast foods and sugary treats and got Jake eating good wholesome foods and also increased his water intake.

Workouts

I'll set your workouts in my App so they're all in one, easy to access place. Get all your exercises, reps, sets and video tutorials to guide you through every session.

Calendar

Juggling workouts and a busy schedule can be difficult. The calendar will organise all your workouts, check-ins, activities and events, which will be scheduled for you by me.

Messaging

The integrated chat function means you can speak to me directly and add comments to your workouts. You know where I am whenever you need me.

Goals

It’s important to stay on top of your progress. My App lets us both easily view and track your goals and progress in one simple place.

INTEGRATIONs

My App integrates with Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Health/Watch and My Fitness Pal, enabling you to sync all your health and nutrition data.

MY STORY

Over the last 5 years, I have helped hundreds of hard-working, busy professionals to get into the best shape of their lives.

 

My mission has always been to help as many people as I possibly can to transform their bodies and mindset to live healthier, happier lives. I am a proud Dad of 4 amazing children. This means I really do understand what it's like to be time-poor, over-stretched, and busy.

 

My goal is simple - to empower all of my clients with the tools and knowledge that they need to reach goals that they never thought were possible. My experience as a professional bodybuilder has allowed me to become an expert in body transformations and recomposition. With me as your coach, anything is possible.

 

I became a PT because I wanted to share what I had learnt with more people, to help others feel more confident in their bodies and achieve their goals. I help clients with weight loss, building muscle, body transformations and performance-based training.
